They WY legislature has changed a few requirements for Wyoming companies and their renewals. All companies that are in Delinquent Standing must be back into Good Standing by the end of the year. If not, they shall be dissolved.

STEP 1: CHECK IF YOUR COMPANY IS IN GOOD STANDING

Check here with the Wyoming Secretary of State: Punch in the name of the company.

STEP 2: CALL 307.237.2580 TO DISCUSS YOUR COMPANY

If in Good Standing, then complete this FORM #1 and mail in to our processing center.

If in Delinquent Standing, please complete FORM #1 and FORM #2 and FAX TO: 702.920.8824
